Experience of living minimally in diverse habitats. These expeditions will provide the participants an experience of living on bare minimum in different types of wilderness areas. These expeditions will involve alpine climbing, camping or living in very basic accommodation provided by the Forest Department. The participants will have to manage daily chores like cooking, fetching water, firewood collection and any other work provided by the forest department or necessitated by the circumstances.
Most of these expeditions are conducted in areas that are out of electricity and cellular network. The participants will get an opportunity for electronic detox. The physical rigor of these expeditions will automatically make participants follow discipline. The experience will definitely help in increasing fitness levels and decreasing weight. The participants can start from with a light expedition and gradually move up to moderate and difficult ones.
Winter destinations
Forest experience Pawalgarh Conservation Reserve (Uttarakhand), Kosi and Nainital division forests. Snow experience La Pah, Shangarh, Jalori Pass in Great Himalayan National Park. Dachigam National Park in Kashmir.
Summer destinations
Dachigam National Park (Kashmir), Great Himalayan National Park (Himachal Pradesh), Nandadevi Biosphere Reserve (Uttarakhand).
Monsoon destinations
Laddakh, Lahaul and Spiti (Himachal Pradesh), Valley of Flowers (Uttarakhand).
Spring destinations
Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

Sustainability Educator Course
2 months full time certificate course in sustainability education. A programme for teachers who want to pursue a sustainability education career in schools and other institutions. The course will involve hands on practice in sustainability teaching. It will involve brief stints with partner organisations to learn diverse types of skills needed by a sustainability educator.
